Cancelation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you do have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be responsible for a 50% cancelation fee.

Late Arrival

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we can offer timely and quality service to each client. If we do have to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to late arrival, there will be a 50% cancelation fee applied. 

No Show

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of your service charge.
